Infinite- New Challenge

Pitkän odotuksen jälkeen Infiniten sekä Lee Hin albumit saapuivat. Paketti saapui jo eilen mutta kerkesin hakemaan postista vasta tänään. En ole vielä kuunnellut Lee Hin albumia, joten kirjoitan tässä postauksessa vain Infinitestä.

Kuuntelin Infiniten albumin aamulla ja vaikka pidin siitä, se jäi minusta kaipaamaan jotain. New Challenge ei ole Infiniten parhainta tuotantoa, minun mielestä ainakaan. Tykkään todella paljon heidän aikaisemmasta tuotannostaan kuten Paradise, Chaser ja Be Mine, joissa on Infinite feeling. New Challenge ei tuntunut Infiniteltä, mutta kaipa he halusivat kokeilla jotain uutta. Toivon että seuraava albumi on enemmän Infiniteä.

Yllätyin todella paljon ensimmäisestä kappaleesta Welcome to Our Dreamista joka on intro kappale. Hetken luulin että olin saanut musikaali levyn Infiniten levyn sijasta sillä kappale toi mieleeni Dancing in the Rain ja Sound of the Music musikaalit XD

Rakastan Sunggyun 60 Seconds kappaletta, joten tuntui oudolta kuulla Infiniten versio kappaleesta ja minulla ainakin meni hieman aikaa ennen kuin pystyin nauttimaan uudesta versiosta. Infiniten versio on hyvä ja Woohyunin sekä Hoyan äänet sopivat siihen hyvin, mutta oli outoa kuulla Sungjongin hento ääni kappaleessa, se ei vain jotenkin sopinut kappaleeseen. Sunggyun ääni on niin voimakas että luultavasti sen takia en nauttinut Sungjong äänestä kappaleessa. Piristystä kappaleeseen toi Dongwoon räp kohta, joka oli kappaleen koho kohta ja nautin siitä. 

Man in Love ei ole Infiniten parhain tittle track, mutta se on albumin parhain kappale yhdessä An Inconvenient Truthin kanssa. Man in Loven musiikki video on ihana ja vihdoin kuulin Sungyeolin äänen. Yllätyin myös Beautiful kappaleesta, se oli hyvä ja myöhemmin luin että Woohyun on kirjoittanut kappaleen sekä tehnyt musiikin <3

Jokaisen albumin mukana tulee muuten myös extra yllätys. Joissakin voi olla Infiniten polaroin, jossa on nimikirjoitus (harvinainen), satunnainen kuvakortti tai extra kappale (acoustic tai instrumental). Minun albumissani oli Man in Loven instrumental versio :)

Sain muuten Dongwoonin kuvakortin jonka koko kyllä yllätti minut XD 

Tämän postauksen perusteella kuullostan varmaan Infiniten vihaajalta, mutta kerron vain rehellisesti mielipiteeni. Olen Inspirit ja rakastan Infiniteä, mutta tämä mini-albumi ei vain uponnut minuun niin paljon kuin aikaisemmat albumit.

After a long wait, my Infinite's and Lee Hi's albums arrived. They actually came yesterday to my post office but I went to get them today since I had other things to do yesterday. I haven't heart Lee Hi's album yet, so this post will only be about Infinite.

I listened Infinite's New Challenge this morning and even if I liked it, I think that the album was missing out something. The album is not Infinite's best album, in my opinion, it just didn't feel like Infinite's album. I really, really, like their previous songs like Paradise, Chaser and Be Mine, songs that got the Infinite feeling. New Challenge didn't feel like Infinite, but I guess they wanted to try out something new. I hope that the next album will be more Infinite's style.

The first track of the album really surprised me. Welcome to Our Dream is an instrumental intro track and for a moment I thought that they had send me a musical CD instead of Infinite's. The track sounded like a song from Dancing in the Rain and Sound of the Music musicals, so it really surprised me XD

I really love Sunggyu's 60 Seconds, so it was weird to heard Infinite's version of it and it took me a moment before I was able to enjoy the new version. Infinite's version is good and Woohyun's and Hoya's voices fit the song well, but it was...awkward? to hear Sungjong's voice on it since his voice is soft and feminine. It just didn't fit the song. Sunggyu's voice is strong so maybe that's the reason why I didn't really enjoy Sungjong's voice. The songs highlight was Dongwoo's rap which I really enjoyed and it fit perfectly with the song.

Man in Love is not Infinite's best tittle track, but together with An Inconvenient Truth, they were the best songs in the album. The music video of Man in Love was cute and cheerful, and it was good to hear Sungyeol's voice. Beautiful is the song that surprised me. It was good and I read that Woohyun wrote and did the music for it <3 

In each album, there's also an additional surprise. Some have a signed polaroid of Infinite member, but they are really rare, I read that there's only 250 of them. There's also a random photocard and extra track (instrumental or acoustic). Mine had Man in Love instrumental version :)

I also got Dongwoo's photocard and the size of it surprised me XD It's really big, like a postcard.

After reading this post, many of you may think that I'm anti-Infinite, but's that's not true. I'm just telling my honest opinion. I'm Inspirit and I love the guys, but this album wasn't as good as the rest of the albums has been.
